Terms and Conditions

To reserve your date a non refundable and non transferable deposit of £100 is required.  Without this the date will not be reserved unless stated otherwise.

Timings - Bridal hair and makeup takes 2 hours and 45 minutes per service for additional people.

Trial - After the trial has taken place the client has a one week cooling off period to confirm the booking, beyond this the deposit becomes non refundable.

For bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the wedding date without a trial, the final balance will be due upon booking to confirm a secure the wedding date.

Travel Fees - Emily and her team charge 45p per mile from N13, parking charges if applicable will apply as well as tolls and congestion charges.

Allergies and Skin Irritants - It is the clients responsibility to inform the makeup artist of any known allergies or skin sensitivities that they or their bridal party may have.  Emily Dhanjal and her team will not be held responsible for any reactions that may occur if any skin conditions were not stated before the application of makeup.

Photography and Social Media - It is important that the artist continues to update their portfolio for future prospective brides.  Please let the artist know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or if you are not happy for the artist to use your images for marketing purposes.

All payment is required to be made by BACS a minimum of 1 week prior to the wedding date.  The price agreed at the time of booking is final.  If ‘fresh faced bridal’s prices change your booking will not be affected.

Cancellation fees - In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non refundable.

In the unlikely event that Emily cannot make it she will arrange cover of a high standard or your money will be refunded.

It is the responsibility of the person booking, to read and accept responsibility for all the payments terms and conditions.  By proceeding to secure a booking by paying a deposit you accept you are entering in to a contract with Emily Dhanjal
